Holiday Inn Zürich Messe, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were very clean, the beds were made daily and the towels exchanged too (although we would've gladly re-used them once for sustainability reasons). The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and all of it was very tasty and refilled in a timely manner. The ice cube machine on the hotel room floor was a welcome addition with the hot weather.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever come across and are only too happy to help guests with any queries whether it be advice on attractions and how to get there or asking for additional toiletries. The location is brilliant if you are going to a concert in the Hallenstadion, plus you aren't too far away from the Zurich Oerlikon Bahnhof or the tram 11 stop. The Zurich Exhibition Centre is also just right across the road from the hotel and we were very fortunate that the Zurich Auto Show was on during our stay. The beds are amongst the most comfortable that I have come across in any hotel I have visited.

Location was great, tram is 4-5min walking distance, train is 8-9min walking distance, bus station just right Infront of the lobby main door. Super convenient. Coop also nearby and alot of shops for shopping as well. The room is very clean, bed also very comfortable. There are also a space for us to chill in the lobby area. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great for concerts at the Hallenstadion and has good public transport connections. On arrival the hotel has a very nice lobby and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious and had all amenities for a good nights sleep. The pillow selection and comfort of the bed were outstanding!

The hotel is quite trendy and staff service is exceptional. it’s the ideal stopover hotel when transiting through Zurich.
